Hull
|
Length: 18.5 – 21 metres
Width: 5.5 metresThe hull is produced pursuant to Lloyds Register’s
Special Service Craft regulations and has been approved by the Danish
Maritime Authority.
The hull is made of ship constructing steel and surface-treated with
an advanced two-component painting system that ensures a highly
hard-wearing surface.
Mooring of the dwelling is done by mooring holes integrated in the
hull and these are strongly built for withstanding every condition. |

Dwelling
|
| The dwelling area on the CUBO 105 is
approx. 105 square metres distributed in 2 floors. Additionally is a
sundeck of 25 square metres and two terraces in the lower deck of 13
and 28 square metres respectively. |

Fronting
|
| The fronting is covered with horizontally
positioned sinus boards which are easy to maintain. The outer walls
are made with 200 millimetre insulation with ventilation beneath the
external cladding. |

Roofs
|
| The roofs are covered with black tar
paper and satisfy the standards of quality and constructions for
all-year dwellings. |
|
Windows
|
| The windows are produced in seawater
proof aluminium on the outside, which is powder coated and therefore
easy to maintain. Inside the windows have wooden frames. |
|
Stairs
|
| The dwelling is installed with
straight-way stairs to the 1st floor. |
|
Internal surfaces
|
The ceiling is made of gypsum boards. The
walls covered with fibre gypsum and felt which is painted. The floor
in the lower deck is hardwood.
