Hull:
|
Length: 18.5 - 21 metres
Width: 5.5 metresThe hull is produced pursuant to
Lloyds Register’s Special Service Craft regulations and has been
approved by the Danish Maritime Authority.
The hull is made of ship constructing steel and surface-treated with
an advanced two-component painting system that ensures a highly
hard-wearing surface.
Mooring of the dwelling is done by mooring holes integrated in the
hull and these are strongly built for withstanding every condition. |

Dwelling:
|
|
The living area on the WBC90 is approx. 90 square
metres distributed in 2 floors. Additionally is a large sundeck of 30
square metres and to terraces of each 14 square metres on the lower
deck. |
|
|
Fronting:
|
|
The dwelling is equipped with a slightly inward
inclining fronting covered with larch tree in colours according to
clients wish. The outer walls are made with 200 millimetre insulation
with 25 millimetre ventilation beneath the external cladding. |

|
Roofs:
|
|
The roofs are covered with black tar paper and
satisfy the standards of quality and constructions for all-year
dwellings. Furthermore, the roofs and storey partition are insulated
with 250 millimetres insulation. |

|
Windows :
|
|
The windows are made of wood with framework and
surface-treated with white wood protection. |
|
|
Stairs :
|
|
The dwelling can be equipped with an exclusive
staircase built in steel with solid wooden steps. |
|
|
External gallery:
|
|
The dwelling is installed with an external gallery
on the first floor. The gallery has hot galvanized steel railing and
is mounted on a solid balk covered with impregnated boards. |

|
Attics etc.:
|
|
The dwelling has zinc framed attics, and the board
ends are also zinc covered to ensure a long lifetime in the maritime
environment. |
|
|
Internal surfaces:
|
|
The floors are made of boards and are “floating”. The bathroom has
floor heating and rural mosaic tiles in earth colours. Internal walls
are covered with to layer of fire-retarding gypsum boards, gauze and
paint. The ceilings are painted boards. |
